Shipping policy

Fast, reliable delivery from Singapore.
All orders ship from our main warehouse in Singapore (SGT, UTC+8).

Order Processing

  • Processing hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM SGT (excluding Singapore public holidays).

  • Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM Friday are prepared the following Monday.

  • Orders are accepted 24/7; preparation happens during the processing window above.

Singapore Delivery

  • Standard Delivery — S$2.50
    Estimated 2–4 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited Same-Day — S$15.00
    For orders placed before 5:00 PM SGT (Mon–Fri). Delivery will be made after 5:00 PM SGT on the same day, subject to courier capacity and address eligibility.
    Note: Not available on weekends/public holidays.

  • Free Shipping on orders ≥ S$40 (after discounts, before shipping).

  • (Only Aruta Products) In-store Pickup at:
    Ground Up Climbing Gym (Usually ready in 24hrs)
    • Opening hours (SGT):
      Mon: 5:00 PM - 10:30 PM
      Tue - Fri: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
      Sat, Sun & PH: 10:00 AM - 09:00 PM

International Delivery

We ship to most countries using a network of trusted couriers. Click here to see our international shipping rates.

  • Rates & options are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level.

  • Duties & taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local customs authority. These are not included at checkout unless specified and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Transit times shown at checkout exclude customs processing.

Tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after the courier picks up your parcel.

Address Changes & Failed Delivery

  • Enter your address carefully—once shipped, changes aren’t guaranteed.

  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect/undeliverable address or missed collection, re-delivery fees may apply.

Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

  • Pre-orders ship on the stated release window. If your cart mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship together when all items are ready, unless you choose separate shipping at checkout (additional charges may apply).

  • We may split shipments to speed up delivery at no extra cost to you.

Heavy/Oversized Items

  • Certain bulky items may incur a surcharge shown at checkout. Delivery times may differ from standard services.

Loss, Damage, or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve it.

Holidays & Peak Periods

  • During sales or public holidays, processing and transit times may be slightly longer due to courier volume.
