Booking Terms & Conditions

• Bookings must be made at least 3 days in advance.
• Once payment is completed, an online meeting link will be sent to your email address within 1 hour.
• Any cancellation or reschedule request must be made at least 1 day in advance of the scheduled session.
• Cancellations or reschedule requests made less than 1 day before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
• Late arrivals may result in a shorter consultation time, as sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
• If you are unable to attend without prior notice, the session will be considered completed and no refund will be granted.
• The $15 consultation fee can be credited toward a full Aruta Academy training plan if you choose to enrol after the session.
